Instructions:

-Place disk on a table top, printed side up. The mushroom should also be standing on the table, close to the disk. You should be sitting close to the table, about 30cm from the disk.

-Spin the disk clockwise, not too fast. It should spin freely on a smooth surface.

-Focus on the centre of the spinning disk for about 20 seconds. Now look at the mushroom —it gets bigger. Now try it anti-clockwise —it gets smaller.
